I cannot get the tilde (~) to appear in my POF files even though I am defining it in the POC file.

The tilde(~) character is utilized by the software as a control character.  If the tilde character is needed as a delimiter in the POF files, the character needs to be entered twice (~~) where ever needed in the POC file.  This will allow the software to identify the character properly.
