1. Launch the LABEL MATRIX software. Once open find the Add Image Wizard icon.
2. Select the Bar Code radial button and click Next.
3. On the next screen nothing needs to be changed, click Next.
4. Make any changes or adjustments to the Font settings and click Next.
5. Make any changes to foreground or background color and click Next.
NOTE: For barcodes it is best to have the foreground black and the background white as chosen by default.

6. Select GS1-128 in the Type drop-down box and click Next.
7. Select the Application Identifier (AI) and click Next.
8. Choose how you want to set up the data and where the data comes from. Click Next.
9. Enter in the Value/Text and click Next.
10. More AIs can be added by clicking the Add Another AI button and repeating steps 7-9. If/When all the AIs are correct click Next.
11. Name the barcode if you would like. Click Next.
12. Select the Rotation and Justification and click Next.
13. Click Finish to place the barcode with the mouse.
