This error is caused by a problem with block 1 of the drop file. This can be the Printer Alias not being labeled as is seen by CODESOFT or a wrong port. Attempt to:

  • Reinstall printer driver
  • Re-add the alias
  • If applicable restart the SENTINEL Server
