1. On the SQL Database that has the label information, add the Windows account that is used to run SENTINEL, with permissions to read the data.
2. Click Start > Administrative Tools > Services.
3. On the Services Window that pops up, find and double click on the service named Label Print Manager.
4. A properties menu should appear; click the Log On tab.
5. Under the Log on as field, the This account option needs to be selected.
6. The account is used to run SENTINEL needs to be typed in to the This account field. The account that is entered will be used to call the print job, so it is important that the account that runs SENTINEL matches the account in this field.
7. Under the Password fields, type in the password to the user account.
8. Click OK.
