1. Launch LABEL ARCHIVE Server Administration.

 

2. Navigate to Settings, then Functions.

 

3. Make sure the “Delete documents and history permanently” is checked. 

 

4. Once checked, make sure to hit the Save button up on top to save the changes.

 

Note: The 'Delete documents and history permanently' option is only available with version 2012 and up.

 

5. Navigate to Tasks, then Delete documents and data and Select all 3 options and the tree that the label is saved under.

 

6. Select the Documents tab.

 

7. Find and check the checkbox next to all the labels that are in need to be deleted. Make sure to also select all the different version of the label if applicable. 

8. Click the Delete button on top.
