1. Go to Data Sources > Database > Create/Edit Query.

2. Click New, then select Wizard.

3. Highlight ODBC. Click Finish.

4. Select the System DSN tab.

5. Click Add.

6. Choose the Microsoft Text Driver. Click Finish.

7. Enter a Data Source Name. This will be the name of the connection, and it does not need to match the name of the text file. 

8. Disable Use Current Directory.

9. Click Select Directory. Browse to the text file.

                 

10. Click OK.

11. You should see the name of the new connection in the ODBC Data Source Administrator window. Click OK.

12. Select the connection from the Select a data source drop-down menu.

13. Select the table.

14. Select the desired fields. Click OK

15. Choose whether you'd like to save the current query. This is optional. If opened on another label, the query will call back the same data source, table and fields. 

16. If you've chosen to save, name the query click Save. It can be reopened on another label by going to Data source > Database > Run Query

17. Place the desired fields onto the label.
