1. Open the properties for the When Printed variable that you wish to remove from the form. To do this, click Data Sources > When Printed > variablename > Properties. The properties window for your variable will appear.
2. Select the When printed tab.
3. Clear the Display in form check box.
4. Click OK.
Note: The Display in form check box can appear on several different variable types. The same process applies for all variable types that contain the Display in form check box.
