The temperature setting on the printer driver is set too low.
1. Click Edit > Label Setup. The Label Setup window will appear.
2. Select the Options tab and then click the Settings button.
3. Within the Printer Settings window, find either a Temperature or Darkness setting, and increase the value. The location of this option will vary depending on the model of printer that is selected, however, the option should appear somewhere within the Printer Settings window.
4. Click OK.
Note: The preceding steps will only apply when LABELVIEW Extended (X) printer drivers are in use. For steps on increasing darkness on non-LABELVIEW printer drivers, please contact the manufacturer of the specific printer driver in use.
