Product: LABEL MATRIX
Version: All Versions
This article explains how to configure LABEL MATRIX to print multiple labels on a single sheet or page of label stock.
To print correctly on multi-label sheets, the label layout must match the physical label stock, including the number of labels across the page, the number of labels down the page, the label dimensions, and the overall page size.
Configure Multiple Labels on a Page
1. Open your label and navigate to File > Label Properties.
2. Select the Multiple tab.
3. Under Quantity, specify the number of labels Across and Down that exist on your label sheet.
Example: A sheet containing 3 labels across and 3 labels down would have a total capacity of 9 labels per page.
4. Under Label Size, enter the Width and Height of a single label after it has been removed from the sheet.
5. Select the Page Size tab and verify that the page Width and Height match the physical dimensions of the label sheet.
Important: Incorrect page dimensions can cause labels to print in the wrong position, even if the label size and quantity settings are correct.
Print the Labels
6. Navigate to File > Print and enter the number of labels you want to print.
In the example shown, 9 labels would be printed to fill an entire sheet containing 3 labels across and 3 labels down.
