This can be caused by the Network Key check box not being checked. The first set of steps are for LABEL MATRIX version 2014 and newer.
1. Go to Start > All Programs. In the listing of programs go to the T section and find TEKLYNX LABEL MATRIX.
2. Click the arrow to the right of TEKLYNX LABEL MATRIX and expand the folder. The last option in the folder should be Network Administration. Select that.
3. The Network Administration window will open. Make sure that the check box for Use network license is checked.
4. In the Server Location the server name can be manually entered starting with \\ and then enter "SERVERNAME". The browse button (...) can be used as well as the Search button in order to locate the server.
5. Click OK and the Network Administration box will disappear, if able to reach the Server Location.
6. Now launch the software again. If everything connects properly the software should open and not be in demo mode.
LABEL MATRIX 2012 and older
1. Open the software in the demo/try mode.
2. Navigate to the Tools menu.
3. Select Setup from the drop-down options.
4. Select the Network tab.
5. Make sure that the check box for Use network license is checked.
6. In the Server Location the server name can be manually entered starting with \\ and then enter "SERVERNAME". The browse button (...) can be used as well as the Search button in order to locate the server.
7. Click OK and the Network Administration box will disappear, if able to reach the Server Location.
8. Close LABEL MATRIX. Then reopen and the the network license should no longer open in demo mode.
