Subscription licenses and perpetual licenses covered by a paid Software Maintenance Agreement (SMA) are eligible for no-cost upgrades when available. Upgrades are not automatically applied.

You can upgrade your supported license on the TEKLYNX eCommerce Storefront.

  1. Enter your license serial number and password to find your license.
  2. Select your upgrade option and renewal option. If you only want to upgrade, click "Renew Later".
  3. Add your renewal to your cart and checkout or proceed through the upgrade steps. Please note that upgrades are final and cannot be reversed.

Alternatively, you can request a manual upgrade by the TEKLYNX team. Once the upgrade is requested, the order is entered with the production team. Then, the license information is updated and an email is sent out with information and instructions within 1 business day. If you need verification on the license you are currently using and the ability to upgrade it, please call the Customer Support team at +1 414-837-4800, Monday through Friday from 8am - 6pm Central time.

If the license is a perpetual license not covered by a paid Software Maintenance Agreement (SMA), a brand new license will need to be purchased. For more information about purchasing the current version of the license, click here.
