A compatibility issue with the newly-updated version of Google Chrome (42.0.2311.90 m) and the Teklynx Central Print/Admin websites which creates the error message shown below during login.

 

As discussed in the following link, this is due to a change in the way Chrome handles NPAPI plugins. https://productforums.google.com/forum/#!topic/chrome/m5sRq0_UKek

For a work around, follow these steps:

1. Type the following into the address bar of your Google Chrome browser (white box at top of screen):  chrome://flags/#enable-npapi

2. This will take you to the flags page, which hold configuration settings for the browse.

3. Click the “Enable” link in the NPAPI section.

4. Close and re-start Chrome for the change to take effect.
