If you are getting the invalid character message when activating, it is most likely due to inputting the wrong number or letter of a serial number.

When attempting to enter the serial number, make sure that the first letter after NSP is capitalized.

For example, in the serial number NSPN00000, the second N would be the first character in the field and it would have to be capitalized.

Additionally, please make sure you are typing in the N or F on the right-hand side of the line separating the NSP and the right text field.
