1. Click File from the menu bar.
2. Select Print from the menu drop down.
3. Select the check box for Print to File.
4. Click Print.
5. A window appears for changing the directory of where to save the file. By default it is saved as a .txt file. Choose a directory to save the file or leave it in the default folder and click Save.
