When you attempt to change the label width through Label Setup, the software says that the label width must be less than a specific value, though the printer can support a larger width. To remedy this:
- Make sure that Stock Type is set to None.
- Try defining the label size with rotated dimensions (for example, 6 x 4 would become 4 x 6).
- If you are using a Windows printer driver, change the paper size for that printer driver to be at least as large as needed. For instructions on how to do this, please refer to your printer manual.
