1. Go to Tools and select Set Password.
2. The password dialog window appears. Enter the desired password into the New Password field. Enter the password again in the Confirm Password field. Click OK.
3. Close the software and then reopen it. The software should now have options grayed out or not selectable. Even if a label is opened the functionality will be to open, select printer and print.
NOTE: If the label is connected to a database the database records can be chosen from but the database attached to the label cannot be changed.
4. To have full access to the software go to File and select Enter Password. Once the password is entered full access to the software is granted again.
