1. If you haven't already done so, go to View and enable the Data Sources panel.
2. Right-click Advanced and select Add.
3. From the Input tab, name the Advanced variable.
4. Select Port Watch from the drop-down menu.
5. Click Device. This will launch the Devices Manager window.
6. Select an existing device or create a new device. Configure it with the desired parameters.
7. Click Test to ensure that the configuration settings are correct. Click OK.
8. Place the variable on the label, either by clicking and dragging the variable from the Data sources window, or by right-clicking the variable and selecting Place.
