How do I deactivate my offline license using the website?

1. Go to Start > All Programs > TEKLYNX CODESOFT (or the applicable TEKLYNX software product).

2. Click the desired product. The product activation wizard appears and prompts you to deactivate the software.

3. Click Deactivate.

4. Enter your Serial Number and Password.

5. Click Next.

6. The next screen displays three methods of deactivation. Select Using our website.

7. The next screen displays a USER CODE and a link to the TEKLYNX website: https://www.teklynx.com/nsp/.

Copy and record the following information:

• User Code
• Serial Number
• Password

You will need to enter all three items accurately on the website.

8. Enter the company contact information and enter the USER CODE in the appropriate field.

9. After entering all required information, click Submit.

Important: Click the Submit button only once. The website may take a moment to load the next page.

10. If the deactivation is successful, the next screen displays Deactivated.
