In order to resolve UCASE issues, follow these steps:

1. Connect to a database and choose Keyed Access.
2. Choose the correct field name to enter at print time.
 
3. Click File, choose Print, and then a window will appear for printing.

4. Click OK.

5. A second screen will appear asking for a number based on the prompt defined.

6. Click the Case Sensitive checkbox and type the number being searched by.

This will now prevent any issues with uppercase characters resulting in a UCASE error.
