Images use a lot of printer memory. The fewer images on the label, the more quickly it will print. There are a few things that can help this problem:
Make sure you are using the internal driver for the printer. (If there is a printer icon to the left of the printer name, you are using the internal driver.) If you are not using the extended driver, install it:
1. For steps on how to add the internal printer driver in LABELVIEW/CODESOFT click here.
2. Click on the Printer Setup button. This can also be reached by going to File and selecting Printer Setup.
3. Locate and select the option for Send Modified Data Only. NOTE: For different printer drivers this will be located in different spots. Once selected click OK.
4. A couple more recommendations for this printing issue would be:
- Make sure that you are using all printer resident fonts (not TrueType fonts). More information about using printer resident font can be found here.
- Edit the image outside of LABELVIEW to create a smaller image file size.
