1. If you have not already done so, enable the Data Sources pane by going to View and selecting Data sources.

2. On the right-hand side, right-click on When Printed, then click on Wizard. This will create a Key Field for the lookup.

3. Define your Key Field's (Variable) name (I.E. Part #) and Default Value (Note: A Default Value is not required but is recommended so that you are able to see your lookup appear. Without a Default Value the software wont display any record information until after printing). Now click Finish.

4. Right-click on Table lookup and then left-click on Wizard.

5. Click on New.

6. Click on Excel, and then define your Database Name. Click Next.

7. Click on the [...] button and browse to your Excel file. Test the connection and click Finish.

8. The database and table will automatically select itself. Use the check boxes to define what lookups you want to preform. Click Next.

9. Define what type of object each value will be (Text, Image, or Barcode). Click Finish to close the wizard and have all the objects placed your your label.

Note: The lookup will be done based on the value of the Key Field (When Printed) text box at print time.
