Direct access is enabled on a port type that cannot support Direct access. This setting can only be chosen for an internal printer driver within the LABELVIEW and CODESOFT software.
1. Go to File and Select Printer. The Printer icon can also be clicked on in the toolbar.
2. Select the printer and then click on the Port button.
3. In the Change Printer port window, make sure that Direct Access check box is unchecked. Click OK.
4. Click OK on the Printer window. Attempt to send the print again.
