1. When this occurs, it can cause an issue with the configuration file for the Label Archive Client. You will need to replace that configuration file (shown as TkxArv.client in the image below) with a working copy.
2. There are two options for this, the first is to take the Test config file (shown as TkxArv.Client.config.test in the image above) and copy the information inside the test configuration file and paste it into your existing configuration file and save it.
Doing the above may not work, if so, please contact technical support and they can provide you with a working copy of that configuration file that you would then need to update for your environment configuration.
