You will want to ensure that LABEL ARCHIVE is configured to track the Print history. This can be done by:

1. Log onto the server/computer hosting LABEL ARCHIVE Services and launch the LABEL ARCHIVE Server Administration and go to History, ensure the Print checkbox is checked.

2. If you are using SENTINEL, you will also need to ensure that your watches are configured to track printing. You will need to stop all of the watches, then go to the properties for one of the watches.

 

3. Go to the Process tab and click Settings.

 

4. Click on the Archiving tab and ensure Track printing is checked.

 

5. Click Ok and restart the watches.
