This can often be a result of a configuration setting in SENTINEL.
1. To check this configuration, open the SENTINEL Manager, right click on the watch in question and go to properties.
2. Click on the Process tab, then click on the Settings button.
3. Go to the Options tab in the new window that opened and check to see if the setting to load the printer settings saved in the document is configured.
NOTE: Often this is an undesired setting. If these settings are greyed out you and you wish to change them, will need to stop the watches then go back into the properties to make that change and restart the watches.
