1. Create your text field by going to Data Sources -> When Printed -> Add. Give your When Printed field a name.
2. Add your text in the value box as well as define any additional information (such as the maximum output, under Output tab), click OK when finished.
3. Click on the Extended Objects button on the Left toolbar, and choose TextArt.
4. Click anywhere on the label to navigate to the properties.
5. Click on the Data Source drop down menu and select the name of your When Printed field.
6. Click on the Extended button located in the lower right hand corner of the TextArt properties window.
7. Check the check box at the top: Fill with text, then check Interact. Define Breaking and Char spacing as desired. Click OK to the Extended properties, then OK to the TextArt properties box.
8. Add an image to the label by clicking on the Image button (if you click the drop-down menu, choose Fixed image) and click on the label where you would like to place the image.
9. A new window will pop up. You can search for your own image by clicking the three dots highlighted.
10. Size and move your image over the TextArt object.
