My single user subscription is out of days, but I renewed. How do I get the days to refresh?

1. If your single-user license subscription has lapsed but you have purchased a renewal, you must deactivate your software and then reactivate it.

2. To deactivate your software, open the Start Menu, search for License Manager, or navigate to All Apps and locate your product folder (e.g., CODESOFT, LABELVIEW, LABEL MATRIX). Open the License Manager.

3. In the License Manager, select Deactivate.

4. When prompted that the software will no longer be usable, click OK to confirm.

5. After deactivation is complete, click Finish to close the confirmation window.

6. Reopen the License Manager from the Start Menu.

7. Activate your software by entering your serial number (starting with N or F, e.g., F123456) and password.

8. Click Next, verify or update your company information, then click Next again followed by Finish.
