When launching the License Manager from the Start Menu one only sees an option to activate. This occurs (and only applies) when you have the 2015 version of the software installed and your USB key is for 2014 version or older.

 

1. You will need to browse to the following folder:
For Codesoft: C:\Program Files (x86)\Teklynx\Codesoft 2015
For Labelview: C:\Program Files (x86)\Teklynx\Labelview 2015
For LABEL MATRIX: C:\Program Files (x86)\LABEL MATRIX 2015

 

 

2. You will need to open the file: Upgrade.exe
It may appear in your list as just: Upgrade; you can now proceed with upgrading your license.
